Tax obligations consist of 3 types of tax :

  • Tax return
  • Property tax (taxe foncière)
  • Coucil tax (taxe d’habitation)

Take a look at the key dates for 2025.

    TAX RETURN

    • Between April and June 2025 : tax return declaration of personal incomes.

      *Official deadline will be announced at the beginning of the year

    • September 15 th : tax return payment deadline

    TAXE D’HABITATION

    • June 30 th : deadline for signing up for monthly tax collection

      *Not applicable if you have already a direct debit plan set up.

      *applicable only for main residence

    • December 15 th : taxe d’habitation payment deadline

    TAXE FONCIERE

    • June 30 th : deadline for signing up for monthly tax collection

      *Not applicable if you have already a direct debit plan set up.

    • October 15 th : Taxe foncière payment deadline
